Quick answer: This Omre review finds a clearly labelled product at a high Australian price. Omre NMN + Resveratrol gives 500mg of NMN, 500mg of micronised trans-resveratrol and 5mg of BioPerine in each two-capsule serve, with 30 serves a bottle. It costs US$69.00, about A$98.15 at the 25 September 2026 exchange rate, or A$3.27 a day before international postage and any import charges. Omre ships from the United States and does not accept returns on international orders. Our pick for Australians is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 90 capsules for $59.99, one capsule a day, which is $0.67 a day, sent from Sydney within 24 hours. If you want the resveratrol pairing as well, add our Trans-Resveratrol or choose the Vitasolutions NMN & Resveratrol 1100mg we stock.
Eternal Elixir makes NMN 500mg and Trans-Resveratrol, and NMN 500mg is our pick. We also stock Vitasolutions NMN & Resveratrol 1100mg, which another company makes. Every Omre figure on this page comes from omre.co, read on 26 September 2026, and we have not tested Omre’s products. Omre review: can you actually buy it in Australia?
Yes, but only as an international order. Omre sells through one US storefront at omre.co, with prices in US dollars. Its site banner offers free shipping over US$80 to US addresses, along with HSA and FSA eligibility, which are US health spending accounts that mean nothing to an Australian buyer.
Omre’s FAQ says orders ship from its warehouses in Georgia, Illinois and California. Standard international delivery is quoted at 7 to 10 business days and express at 3 to 4, with possible delays at customs. Customs fees, duties and import taxes are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility. Omre also says it will not refund an abandoned or refused parcel where those fees go unpaid. One review on Omre’s own product page, from a buyer in Australia, says delivery took at least a month.
The bigger catch for Australians is returns. Omre advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, but its FAQ also says it is unable to accept returns for international shipments. If a bottle does not suit you, there is no way to send it back from here. Only damaged items are covered, with a replacement or refund after you send a photo.
None of this makes Omre a bad product. It means the sticker price is not the whole cost, and the guarantee on the banner does not work the same way for an Australian order. Our guide to local alternatives to Renue By Science looks at the same import trade-off for another US brand.
What is actually in the Omre bottle
Omre’s label is one of the clearer ones in this category. Each two-capsule serve lists 500mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide at a stated 99% purity, 500mg of micronised trans-resveratrol and 5mg of BioPerine. There is no proprietary blend, so you can see exactly how much of each active you take. Many combination products do not show that split.
Two design choices stand out. The resveratrol is micronised, meaning the particles are ground smaller, and BioPerine is added because piperine may change how the body handles resveratrol. Both are sensible responses to a known problem, and neither has been shown to solve it in people.
That problem is how little resveratrol reaches the blood unchanged. In a study of 6 volunteers given a 25mg oral dose, at least 70% was absorbed, but only trace amounts of unchanged resveratrol appeared in the blood, because the gut and liver convert it very quickly (Walle et al., Drug Metabolism and Disposition, 2004). Piperine has a mixed human record. When 23 adults took 250mg of trans-resveratrol with 20mg of piperine, blood flow in the brain rose during mental tasks compared with resveratrol alone, but blood levels of resveratrol and its breakdown products, measured in a separate group of 6, were no different (Wightman et al., British Journal of Nutrition, 2014). The same limits apply to every resveratrol product sold in Australia, ours included.
The 500mg NMN dose sits inside the range human trials have used, which runs from 250mg to 900mg a day in the studies below. Our guide to how much NMN to take each day goes through those trial doses, and our comparison of NMN powder versus capsules covers why format matters.
The Australian cost-per-serve table Omre does not show you
Here is Omre NMN + Resveratrol next to the NMN and resveratrol options sold on our site, each at its own label serve. Australian prices are as of Sep 2026. Omre’s US price is converted at 1 USD = 1.4224 AUD, the reference rate for 25 September 2026, so the converted figures move with the exchange rate and exclude international postage and import charges.
| Product | Actives per daily serve | Daily serve | Capsules per bottle | Price (as of Sep 2026) | Cost per day (AUD) | Who it suits, and who it doesn’t | Buy |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg (our pick) | 500mg NMN | 1 capsule, preferably in the morning | 90 | $59.99 | $0.67 | Suits anyone who wants NMN on its own, the lowest cost per day here and dispatch from Sydney. Not for anyone who wants resveratrol in the same capsule. | View NMN 500mg |
| Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg with Trans-Resveratrol, bought together | 500mg NMN plus 1,200mg trans-resveratrol | 1 NMN capsule plus 2 resveratrol capsules, with or without food | 90 of each | $119.98 for both bottles | $2.00 | Suits people who want the pairing with the dose of each active printed on the label. The resveratrol bottle lasts 45 days, so the two run out at different times. | View Trans-Resveratrol |
| Vitasolutions NMN & Resveratrol 1100mg (stocked by Eternal Elixir) | 1,100mg of NMN and trans-resveratrol combined, with BioPerine. The split between the two is not published. | 2 capsules on an empty stomach | 60 | $49.99 | $1.67 | Suits people who want one combined bottle at the lowest price for a combination here. | Omre NMN + Resveratrol | 500mg NMN, 500mg micronised trans-resveratrol, 5mg BioPerine | 2 capsules with food | 60 (30 serves) | US$69.00, about A$98.15 | A$3.27 before postage and import charges | Suits US buyers, or anyone who values the published split in a single bottle above price. Not for Australians who want the option to return it. | View at Omre |
At A$3.27 a day, a year of Omre comes to about A$1,194 before any postage. A year of our NMN 500mg on its own is about A$243. Even the two-bottle NMN and resveratrol combination, at $2.00 a day, costs less per day than Omre and carries more than twice the resveratrol per serve. Two bottles also clear our $100 free shipping threshold.
Omre keeps one real advantage over the combined bottle we stock. It publishes the exact split, 500mg of NMN and 500mg of trans-resveratrol, while Vitasolutions states 1,100mg combined per serve without the breakdown. If knowing each dose matters to you, buying our NMN 500mg capsules and Trans-Resveratrol 600mg capsules as separate bottles gives you that clarity at a lower daily cost. Our best NMN and resveratrol supplements in Australia guide compares more combination products.
Omre’s wider range compared with ours
Omre sells several products that overlap with our range. Here is how three of them compare, each at its own label serve, with Omre’s prices converted at the same 25 September 2026 rate.
| Product type | Eternal Elixir | Our cost per day | Omre | Omre cost per day (AUD) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Spermidine | Spermidine 10mg: 10mg per capsule, 1 capsule a day with a meal, 90 capsules, $49.99 | $0.56 | Spermidine: 10mg of spermidine from 1,000mg of wheat germ per 2 capsules, 30 serves, US$54.00 (about A$76.81) | A$2.56 |
| Berberine | Berberine HCl 500mg: 500mg per capsule, 1 capsule a day, 90 capsules, $49.99 | $0.56 | Berberine: 600mg berberine HCl plus 400mg berberine phytosome per 2 capsules, 30 serves, US$49.00 (about A$69.70) | A$2.32 |
| TMG | TMG 2000mg: 2,000mg per 3 capsules, 90 capsules, 30 serves, $44.99 | $1.50 | TMG + B-Complex: 1,000mg TMG plus vitamin B2 5mg, vitamin B6 5mg, folate 1,000mcg DFE and vitamin B12 250mcg per 2 capsules, 30 serves, US$35.00 (about A$49.78) | A$1.66 |
The comparison is not one-sided. Omre’s berberine serve carries more berberine than our one-capsule serve, and its TMG product adds B vitamins that ours does not contain. Ours give the same spermidine dose for less per day and twice the TMG per serve. The per-day gap is widest on spermidine and berberine, because our 90-capsule bottles last three months at one capsule a day. For background on two of these, see our guides to spermidine research and TMG and methylation.
What the human research on NMN actually supports
NMN has moved past animal-only research, but the human trials are small and short. Here is what three of the best-known randomised trials found.
- Muscle insulin sensitivity: 25 postmenopausal women with higher-than-normal blood sugar and excess weight took 250mg of NMN or a placebo daily for 10 weeks. Muscle insulin sensitivity and insulin signalling rose in the 13 women on NMN and did not change in the 12 on placebo (Yoshino et al., Science, 2021).
- Blood NAD and walking distance: 80 healthy middle-aged adults took a placebo or 300mg, 600mg or 900mg of NMN daily for 60 days. Blood NAD rose in every NMN group, most at 600mg and 900mg, walking distance in a six-minute test improved more than on placebo, and no safety problems were found (Yi et al., GeroScience, 2023).
- Sleepiness and leg strength in older adults: 108 older Japanese adults took 250mg of NMN or a placebo in the morning or the afternoon for 12 weeks. The afternoon NMN group showed the largest improvement in a sit-to-stand test and in drowsiness, although both measures also improved in some placebo groups (Kim et al., Nutrients, 2022).
What is missing matters as much. No human trial has shown that NMN extends lifespan, and we found no human trial comparing NMN plus resveratrol with NMN alone. The pairing rests on laboratory and animal work, so paying extra for the combination buys a theory, not a proven result. The same applies to every brand in this category, including ours. Our guide to how long NMN takes to work sets realistic timelines, and our summary of what the long-term NMN safety research shows covers the safety side.
Omre review verdict: who it suits and who it does not
Omre is a well-labelled product. The dose disclosure is better than average, the micronised resveratrol with BioPerine is a considered choice, and the testing claims are stated on the product page. For someone in the United States, the case for it is reasonable.
Omre suits you if: you want the NMN and resveratrol doses printed on one label, you are happy to pay in US dollars, and cost per serve is not your deciding factor.
Omre does not suit you if: you are in Australia and buying every month. At about A$3.27 a day before postage and import charges, with international orders excluded from returns, the same actives cost much less from a local shop that ships from Sydney.
For most Australian buyers, the practical move is a locally stocked equivalent. Our NMN 500mg comes in 90-capsule bottles at one capsule a day, so a bottle lasts three months, and orders over $100 ship free. If you are comparing other imported brands, our Tru Niagen review, Renue By Science review and DoNotAge review apply the same per-serve maths.
Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: what you get
We make this product, so here is its label, plainly.
- What is in it: nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN) 500mg per capsule, with rice flour and a cellulose capsule.
- How to take it: one capsule daily, preferably in the morning.
- How long a bottle lasts: 90 capsules, so $59.99 works out at $0.67 a day.

- Delivery and returns: free shipping on orders over $100, dispatch from Sydney within 24 hours, a 30-day money-back guarantee and Afterpay.
Who it suits: Australians who want an NAD+ precursor at a trial-range dose, one capsule a day, without international postage or a US returns policy. Who it doesn’t suit: anyone who wants NMN and resveratrol in a single capsule. For that, the Vitasolutions combination we stock is the closer match to Omre. Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medicines should talk to their doctor before starting NMN.

Omre review Australia: frequently asked questions
Is Omre a good supplement brand?
On labelling, yes. Omre prints the full dose of each active, for example 500mg of NMN and 500mg of micronised trans-resveratrol per two-capsule serve, uses no proprietary blends and says every batch is third-party tested. Its weaknesses for Australians are commercial: US-dollar pricing, customs charges at the buyer’s cost and no returns on international orders.
Can you buy Omre in Australia?
You can order it from omre.co as an international purchase. Omre quotes 7 to 10 business days for standard international delivery, customs fees and import taxes are your responsibility, and it does not accept returns for international shipments. There is no Australian retailer or AUD checkout.
How much is Omre in Australian dollars?
Omre NMN + Resveratrol is US$69.00 for 30 serves. At the 25 September 2026 rate of 1 USD = 1.4224 AUD, that is about A$98.15 a bottle, or A$3.27 a day, before international postage and any import charges. Our NMN 500mg is $59.99 for 90 capsules, or $0.67 a day.

Is NMN actually worth it?
The human evidence is real but narrow. Randomised trials have found higher blood NAD, better muscle insulin sensitivity in one small group of women and a longer six-minute walk in middle-aged adults. No trial shows that it slows ageing. It is a reasonable choice if you want an NAD+ precursor and have realistic expectations. Our guide to the best NMN supplements in Australia compares the local options.
Does resveratrol actually work?
Resveratrol is well absorbed but converted so quickly that very little reaches the blood unchanged. Piperine did not raise blood levels in one human study, although it changed brain blood flow. We found no human trial showing that resveratrol adds to the effect of NMN. If you take it, our label says two capsules daily, with or without food.
Which NMN supplement is the best in Australia?
Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 500mg per capsule, one capsule a day, 90 capsules for $59.99 and dispatch from Sydney within 24 hours. Eternal Elixir makes it. If you want resveratrol in the same bottle, the Vitasolutions NMN & Resveratrol 1100mg we stock is $49.99 for 30 serves.

The bottom line on Omre
Omre makes a clearly labelled NMN and resveratrol product, and nothing about the formula is the problem. The problem for Australians is the landed cost and the returns policy: about A$3.27 a day before postage and import charges, and no returns on international orders. You can buy the same actives locally for less. Browse our full range or start with the NMN pick below.
