After 60 days on 600mg of NMN a day, blood NAD was 5.7 times its starting level
Adults took a placebo or 300mg, 600mg or 900mg of NMN a day. Blood NAD rose at every dose, and six-minute walking distance rose by 145m on 600mg, against 5m on placebo. One Eternal Elixir capsule is 500mg, which is not a dose this trial tested.
