NMN Chemist Warehouse Australia: Is It Available? (2026) – Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg bottle

Last updated: October 9, 2026 · Originally published: May 29, 2026 · By Eternal Elixir Editorial

Quick answer: Yes, Chemist Warehouse now sells NMN. When we checked in September 2026 its NMN range included Healthy Care NMN 500mg ($32.39 for 30 capsules), Bioglan NMN 500 ($42.49 for 30), Melrose FutureLab NMN 500mg ($52.47 for 30) and Microgenics NMN powder ($24.99 for 30 serves of 500mg). Per 500mg of NMN those work out between $0.83 and $1.75 a day, and every one of those labels limits use to 12 weeks. Our pick, if you’re happy to buy online, is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 90 capsules of 500mg for $59.99, or $0.67 per 500mg serve, sent from Sydney within 24 hours.

Eternal Elixir makes NMN 500mg, and it is our pick here, so weigh our view with that in mind. Every Chemist Warehouse price, dose and direction below was read from that product’s own Chemist Warehouse listing in September 2026, and each one links to it. Pharmacy prices change often, especially during sales, so check the listing before you buy. We have not lab-tested any of these products.

Does Chemist Warehouse sell NMN?

It does. An earlier version of this page said you wouldn’t find NMN at Chemist Warehouse. That is no longer true, and we have rewritten the page to match what is actually on sale. Chemist Warehouse now has its own NMN category online, with capsules and a powder from four brands we could confirm: Healthy Care, Bioglan, Melrose FutureLab and Microgenics.

Stock in individual stores varies, and the listings ask you to set your location to see what your local store holds. If a product isn’t on your local shelf, most can be ordered through the Chemist Warehouse website.

What the pharmacy options have in common is a small pack and a short course. Each pack we checked holds 30 capsules or 30 doses, and each label says to use it for no more than 12 weeks. Healthy Care and Melrose FutureLab also give a maximum of 500mg of NMN a day. Those are label directions, and you should follow them if you buy one of these products.

NMN at Chemist Warehouse vs Eternal Elixir: cost per 500mg

The fair way to compare NMN products is the cost of the same amount of NMN. Every row below is converted to Australian dollars per 500mg of NMN, as of Sep 2026, using each label’s own directions.

Three things stand out. Four of the five pharmacy products were priced at about half their RRP when we checked, so the shelf ticket is worth checking against the listing. The cheapest pharmacy option per 500mg is the Microgenics powder, at $0.83 a day, and the cheapest capsule is Healthy Care at $1.08. And a 30-serve pack runs out in a month, while a 90-capsule bottle of ours lasts three months at the same 500mg a day for $0.67 a day.

Bioglan’s 250mg capsule needs a closer look. At one capsule a day it costs $0.88, but that is 250mg. At two capsules, to reach 500mg, the pack lasts 15 days and costs $1.77 per 500mg, the most here.

The Chemist Warehouse NMN range, product by product

Healthy Care NMN 500mg

Healthy Care NMN 500mg is one capsule of 500mg a day with a meal, 30 capsules to a pack, at $32.39 against an RRP of $64.79. The label says adults only, not for pregnant or lactating women, a maximum of 500mg a day, use limited to 12 weeks, and that it contains sulfites. It suits a shopper who wants the lowest-cost NMN capsule on the shelf. It doesn’t suit anyone who reacts to sulfites or wants more than a month per pack.

Bioglan NMN 500 and NMN 250

Bioglan NMN 500 is 30 hard capsules of 500mg, one a day, at $42.49 (RRP $84.99). The label says it is not recommended for more than 12 weeks. Bioglan NMN 250 is the same format at 250mg, one to two capsules a day, for $26.49 (RRP $52.99). Both are for adults only and not recommended in pregnancy or lactation. They suit people who know the Bioglan name and want to buy in store. Our Bioglan NMN review looks at the brand in more detail.

Melrose FutureLab NMN 500mg

Melrose FutureLab NMN 500mg lists 500mg of NMN and 250mg of dimethylglycine (DMG) as its active ingredients, in a 30-capsule pack at $52.47 (RRP $74.95). The listing gives a maximum of 500mg of NMN a day and a use limit of 12 weeks or less, and says not to use it if pregnant, likely to become pregnant or breastfeeding. It suits people who want DMG in the same capsule. It is the most expensive 500mg capsule here per day. Our Melrose FutureLab alternatives guide compares it with other options.

Microgenics NMN 500mg Powder

Microgenics NMN Powder is a 90g tub. Each 3 g dose holds 500mg of CellVive NMN™, dissolved once a day in water or juice, so the tub gives 30 serves. At $24.99 (RRP $49.99) that is $0.83 per 500mg, the lowest cost at Chemist Warehouse. The label says adults only, not for pregnant or lactating women, to check with your healthcare professional if you take prescription medicines, and not to use it for more than 12 weeks. It suits people who don’t mind measuring a powder each morning. Our NMN powder vs capsules comparison covers the trade-offs.

Why we would buy NMN online instead

The Chemist Warehouse range is convenient, and on a sale day the prices are sharp. For a daily NMN habit, though, a larger bottle bought online usually costs less per serve and means fewer reorders.

Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg holds 500mg of nicotinamide mononucleotide in each capsule. The label says one capsule a day, preferably in the morning, and a bottle holds 90 capsules. At $59.99 that is $0.67 per 500mg, less than any pharmacy option in the table above.

  • One capsule, one full serve. 500mg in a single capsule, with nothing else added.
  • Three months per bottle. 90 capsules against 30 in each pharmacy pack.
  • Local dispatch. Orders ship from Sydney within 24 hours, with free shipping over $100.
  • Batch certificates on request. Our product page says every batch is third-party lab tested for purity and potency, and we will send the current certificate of analysis if you ask.
  • Multi-bottle savings. Two bottles save 10% ($107.98, which also ships free), three save 15% and five save 20%. A 30-day money-back guarantee applies, and Afterpay is available.

Who it suits: adults who take NMN daily, want 500mg in one capsule at the lowest cost per serve we list, and are happy to wait a few days for delivery.

Who it doesn’t suit: anyone who wants to pick up NMN in store today, and anyone who wants the absolute lowest price per capsule online, where Bulk Nutrients is a cent cheaper at $0.66 per 500mg ($79.00 for 120 capsules, plus a flat $9 shipping). It is not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by anyone under 18.

Many people take NMN with trans-resveratrol. Our Trans-Resveratrol 1200mg gives 1,200mg per two-capsule serve, and the card below adds both to your cart together.

What the research on NMN actually shows

NMN is a building block the body uses to make NAD+, a coenzyme involved in energy metabolism. Blood NAD+ is one of the few things the human trials have measured consistently. The randomised trials so far are small and short:

  • 80 healthy middle-aged adults, 60 days: placebo or 300mg, 600mg or 900mg of NMN once a day. Blood NAD rose in every NMN group and was highest at 600mg and 900mg. Six-minute walking distance improved more than with placebo, and the authors reported the best overall results at 600mg a day (Yi et al., GeroScience, 2023).
  • 108 older Japanese adults, 12 weeks: 250mg of NMN or placebo, taken in the morning or the afternoon. The afternoon NMN group showed the largest improvement in a five-times sit-to-stand test and the largest drop in drowsiness (Kim et al., Nutrients, 2022).
  • 42 healthy men aged 65 and over, 12 weeks: 250mg of NMN a day raised blood NAD+. Gains in gait speed and grip strength were only nominally significant and need confirming in larger studies (Igarashi et al., npj Aging, 2022).
  • 60 older adults, 12 weeks: 250mg of NMN a day. The main outcome, a stepping test, did not differ from placebo. The NMN group was faster over a 4-metre walk, had higher blood NAD+ and reported better sleep quality scores (Morifuji et al., GeroScience, 2024).

A 2026 pooled analysis of 15 randomised trials, 10 of them reporting safety data, found that NMN at 250mg to 2,000mg a day for 14 days to 24 weeks did not increase adverse events or raise the liver enzymes ALT and AST compared with control. It found no clear effect on body weight, fasting glucose, HbA1c, blood fats or systolic blood pressure, and a small drop in diastolic pressure (Yang et al., Nutrients, 2026). A 2023 review also noted that most NMN studies to that point had been in cells or animals (Song et al., Advances in Nutrition, 2023).

The fair reading: NMN raises blood NAD+, appears well tolerated over weeks to months, and has modest evidence beyond that. Nothing about a pharmacy brand, or ours, changes the molecule. What changes is the dose per capsule, the cost per serve and how long a pack lasts. Our guide to how much NMN to take each day covers amounts and timing, and our NMN buyer’s guide for Australia walks through what to expect.

How to choose NMN, at Chemist Warehouse or online

  • Find the NMN per capsule. A 250mg capsule and a 500mg capsule can sit next to each other at similar prices. Bioglan sells both.
  • Work out the cost per 500mg. Divide the price by the number of 500mg serves in the pack. That turns a $24.99 powder and a $52.47 capsule pack into numbers you can compare.
  • Check what else is in it. Melrose FutureLab adds DMG. AgeMate’s blend adds glycine, magnesium, theanine and more. That’s fine if you want them, but you pay for them.
  • Read the label limits. The Chemist Warehouse products we checked all give a 12-week limit, and two give a 500mg daily maximum. Follow the directions on the product you buy.
  • Ask about testing. NMN is an expensive raw material. Ask any brand whether it will send you a certificate of analysis for your batch.

Our NMN supplements compared on cost per serve applies the same maths to the wider Australian market, and our guide to where to buy NMN in Australia covers online sellers and pharmacies together.

AgeMate at Chemist Warehouse, and an AgeMate equivalent in Australia

AgeMate comes up in the same searches. AgeMate sells its Daily Longevity Blend from its own website and ships it from Sydney. It is a drink powder rather than plain NMN: each 3.325 g scoop holds 500mg of NMN plus glycine, magnesium, MSM, vitamin C, L-theanine and other ingredients. It costs $99 bought once or $79 on a monthly subscription for 30 servings, which is $3.30 or $2.63 a serve. Its label also says to use it for up to 12 weeks.

If what you want from AgeMate is the NMN, the closest equivalent is any 500mg NMN capsule, which gives you the same 500mg for less. Ours costs $0.67 a day. Our guides to buying AgeMate in Australia and AgeMate alternatives compared on NMN go further.

NMN, resveratrol and the rest of your NAD+ routine

NMN is often taken alongside other products. If you’d rather have NMN and resveratrol in one bottle, we also stock the third-party Vitasolutions NMN & Resveratrol 1100mg: 60 capsules, two a day, for $49.99, or $1.67 a serve. Our NMN and resveratrol combination comparison sets it against other pairings.

From there, some people build a wider routine with spermidine, Ca-AKG or glutathione. Our longevity supplement stack guide lays that out in tiers, and our comparisons of anti-ageing supplements in Australia and mitochondrial support supplements cover the broader field. If you’re checking what else the pharmacy stocks, see our notes on tongkat ali at Chemist Warehouse and TUDCA at Chemist Warehouse.

NMN at Chemist Warehouse: frequently asked questions

Does Chemist Warehouse sell NMN?

Yes. When we checked in September 2026, Chemist Warehouse listed NMN from Healthy Care, Bioglan, Melrose FutureLab and Microgenics, in capsules and powder. Store stock varies, so check the listing for your local store or order online.

Which NMN at Chemist Warehouse would we choose?

If you’re open to buying online, our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 90 capsules of 500mg for $59.99, or $0.67 per serve, shipped from Sydney. At Chemist Warehouse itself, the lowest cost per 500mg is Microgenics NMN powder at $0.83, and the lowest-cost capsule is Healthy Care NMN 500mg at $1.08. Melrose FutureLab is the one to choose if you want DMG in the same capsule.

Does the NMN supplement really work?

Human trials show NMN raises blood NAD+, and some found small improvements in walking tests, sit-to-stand speed or sleep quality scores in older adults. The trials were small and lasted 60 days to 12 weeks, so the evidence for broader benefits is modest. Expect gradual, subtle changes at most.

What are the downsides of taking NMN?

The main ones are cost and limited long-term data. A 2026 pooled analysis found no increase in adverse events or liver enzymes at 250mg to 2,000mg a day for up to 24 weeks, but no trial has run for years. Don’t use NMN in pregnancy or breastfeeding, and talk to your doctor or pharmacist first if you take prescription medicines.

Should I take NMN or NAD?

The human trials in this article all tested NMN, a building block the body converts into NAD+, and found higher blood NAD+ levels. If you are weighing the two, our NMN vs NAD+ guide explains how they relate and what each has been tested for.

Can you buy NMN over the counter in Australia?

Yes. Chemist Warehouse sells NMN over the counter and online, and Australian companies including Eternal Elixir and Bulk Nutrients sell it online and ship within the country. Choose a product that states the NMN amount per capsule or scoop.

Is NMN powder or capsules better?

Capsules are easier: one capsule, one measured dose, nothing to mix. Powder can cost less per serve, as the Microgenics tub shows at $0.83 per 500mg, but you measure it each day. Our 500mg capsules cost $0.67 per serve, which is less than the powder.

The verdict on NMN at Chemist Warehouse

Our pick: Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg. It gives 500mg in one capsule for $0.67 a day, in a 90-capsule bottle that lasts three months, shipped from Sydney within 24 hours.

If you want to buy in store today: Healthy Care NMN 500mg is the lowest-cost capsule at $1.08 a day, or Microgenics NMN powder at $0.83 a day if you don’t mind a powder. Both are 30-serve packs with a 12-week label limit.

Whichever you choose, compare the cost per 500mg rather than the shelf price, and follow the directions on the label.
