The supplemented group showed reduced salivary cortisol and increased testosterone, alongside improvements in tension, anger and confusion scores (PMID 23705671). Third, Tambi, Imran and Professor Ralf Henkel reported in Andrologia in 2012 on 76 of 320 patients with late-onset hypogonadism who were given 200mg of a standardised water-soluble extract daily for one month (PMID 21671978).
