DoNotAge Alternatives Australia 2026: 8 Longevity Options Compared – Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg bottle

Last updated: September 27, 2026 · Originally published: August 15, 2026 · By Eternal Elixir Editorial

If you have shopped DoNotAge (often searched as “Do Not Age”) from Australia, you know how it works. The brand is one of the better-known names in longevity supplements, it sells in Australian dollars through an Australian store on its own site, and your order then travels from one of its delivery centres in the UK, the USA or the EU. Its site quotes 3 to 7 working days for the rest of the world. Local stock is thin: when we checked in September 2026, the Melbourne practitioner stockist Fairfield Nutrition listed two DoNotAge products, and its description of the range covered collagen, a probiotic and blue light glasses, with none of the longevity compounds.

Below are the best DoNotAge alternatives for Australians in 2026, ranked by compound rather than by brand, with AUD prices read from each product page in September 2026 and the cost per day at each label’s own serve.

Quick Answer

Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg is our top pick of the DoNotAge alternatives in Australia for anyone who came to DoNotAge for NAD+ support. It gives 500mg of NMN per capsule, 90 capsules for $59.99, which is $0.67 per 500mg against $2.15 for DoNotAge Pure NMN capsules in its Australian store, and it ships from Sydney within 24 hours. Eternal Elixir makes it, so weigh our view with that in mind. For apigenin and fisetin, DoNotAge is the better choice, because we don’t make either.

Prices read from DoNotAge’s Australian store and our own product pages in September 2026. We have not lab-tested any of these products.

The short version: match the compound, not the brand. On every compound both companies sell, our capsule costs less per day at the label serve, and it ships from Sydney. On the two polyphenols DoNotAge sells that we don’t, apigenin and fisetin, buy from DoNotAge.

Best DoNotAge Alternatives in Australia (2026): Compared at a Glance

The table ranks the eight options. Each row lists the DoNotAge product it replaces, so you can compare like with like. Cost per day uses the serve on each product’s own label, because the labels differ: DoNotAge recommends 1,000mg of NMN a day, for example, while our label says 500mg. Prices are in AUD as of Sep 2026.

Our prices are from our live product pages. DoNotAge prices are the one-time 60-capsule prices in its Australian store, read in September 2026. Cost per day is the price divided by the days a bottle lasts at the label serve. DoNotAge also sells 366-capsule bottles and subscriptions that cost less per capsule.

Add NMN 500mg to cart · $59.99

Two things stand out. First, on the five compounds both brands sell, our capsule costs less per day at its label serve, from $0.56 to $1.33 against $1.05 to $4.30 for DoNotAge’s 60-capsule bottles. Part of that gap comes from DoNotAge recommending larger daily serves, so the per-dose comparison under each entry below is the fairer one. Second, the compounds are not interchangeable. Apigenin and fisetin have no Eternal Elixir equivalent, and if either is what you came for, the honest answer is to buy it from DoNotAge.

1. Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: Best Direct Swap for DoNotAge NMN

Key specs: 500mg nicotinamide mononucleotide per capsule, 90 capsules per bottle, one capsule a day, $59.99 AUD (regular price $64.99), ships from Sydney within 24 hours.

NMN is the compound most people associate with DoNotAge. In its Australian store, Pure NMN costs $129 for 60 capsules of 500mg, $708 for 366 capsules, or $140 for 100 g of powder. The label recommends 1,000mg a day, so a 60-capsule bottle lasts 30 days at $4.30 a day. Per 500mg, that is $2.15 for the 60-capsule bottle and $1.93 for the 366-capsule bottle, against $0.67 for ours. DoNotAge’s powder is the one format that competes on price: $0.70 per 500mg for the 100 g bag and $0.56 for the 1 kg bag, if you are happy to weigh it.

The evidence is the same whichever brand you buy. In a 60-day randomised, double-blind trial of 80 healthy middle-aged adults, NMN at 300mg, 600mg or 900mg a day raised blood NAD compared with placebo at day 30 and day 60, with the highest levels at 600mg and 900mg, and no safety issues were found (Yi et al., GeroScience, 2023). Our 500mg capsule sits between the lower two doses, and DoNotAge’s recommended 1,000mg sits above the highest dose tested. If you want 1,000mg a day from ours, two capsules cost $1.33.

Pros:

  • $0.67 per 500mg, against $2.15 for DoNotAge’s 60-capsule bottle.
  • 90 capsules per bottle, three months at one a day.
  • Ships from Sydney within 24 hours, with a 30-day money-back guarantee and Afterpay available.
  • Two bottles save 10% ($107.98) and ship free.

Cons:

  • Capsules only, so there is no powder if you want to weigh a non-standard dose.
  • A smaller brand internationally than DoNotAge.

Best for: anyone who was buying DoNotAge for NMN and would rather not import it. For every NMN on the Australian market, not only DoNotAge, read our comparison of the best NMN supplements in Australia, and for amounts see our guide to NMN dosage for Australian buyers.

2. Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg: Best for the Autophagy Side of the Stack

Key specs: 10mg spermidine per capsule (as spermidine trihydrochloride), 90 capsules, one capsule daily with a meal, $49.99 AUD (regular price $59.99), $0.56 a day.

DoNotAge Pure Spermidine costs $63 for 60 capsules of 8mg, with a recommended serve of 8mg a day, so $1.05 a day. Ours gives 10mg for $0.56 a day, in a bottle that lasts 90 days instead of 60.

The research here is often overstated, so it is worth being precise. The landmark paper, by Eisenberg and colleagues in Nature Medicine (2016), found that spermidine given by mouth extended lifespan and protected heart function in mice. In people, a study of 829 adults aged 45 to 84 linked higher dietary spermidine with lower death rates, but it was observational and cannot show cause and effect (Kiechl et al., 2018). The longest supplement trial, SmartAge, gave 100 older adults about 0.9mg a day from wheat germ extract for 12 months and found no change in memory compared with placebo (Schwarz et al., 2022). A mouse lifespan result plus a human dietary association is not a human supplement trial.

Pros: 90-capsule bottle; 10mg in one capsule; ships from Sydney; pairs with NMN in one order.

Cons: the human evidence is thinner than for NMN and rests mainly on dietary data.

Best for: the autophagy leg of a longevity stack. View Spermidine 10mg. Our spermidine supplement comparison for Australia covers the wider market.

3. DoNotAge Pure Apigenin: Where DoNotAge Genuinely Wins

Key specs: 250mg apigenin per capsule, 60 capsules, $88 AUD, recommended serve 500mg (two capsules) a day, so $2.93 a day; 366 capsules cost $400. Ships from DoNotAge’s UK, USA or EU delivery centres.

This is the entry that stops this from being a one-sided list. Apigenin is a plant flavonoid, and it is studied because it inhibits CD38, an enzyme that breaks down NAD+. In cell cultures and in mice, apigenin raised NAD+ levels (Escande et al., 2013). We found no human trial showing the same, so treat it as an early-stage compound. Eternal Elixir does not make an apigenin product. There is no domestic like-for-like we can point you to, and inventing a reason to rank something else in its place would be dishonest.

Pros: no Eternal Elixir equivalent; clear dose per capsule; larger bottles and subscriptions lower the cost.

Cons: ships from overseas; $2.93 a day at the recommended serve; human evidence is missing.

Best for: buyers specifically after apigenin. View DoNotAge Pure Apigenin.

4. Eternal Elixir Trans-Resveratrol 1200mg: Best Value Against DoNotAge Pure Resveratrol

Key specs: 600mg trans-resveratrol per capsule, two capsules (1,200mg) per serve, 90 capsules (45 serves), $59.99 AUD, $1.33 a serve, taken with or without food.

DoNotAge Pure Resveratrol costs $87 for 60 capsules of 500mg, with a recommended serve of 500mg a day, so $1.45 a day. It also comes as powder: $195 for 100 g and $309 for 183 g. On a straight per-500mg basis, ours works out at $0.56 against $1.45 for DoNotAge’s capsules. The catch is that our label serve is larger, 1,200mg a day, so if you only want 500mg a day, DoNotAge’s single capsule is the simpler fit.

Resveratrol is the compound most often paired with NMN. We cover the evidence and the pairing in our resveratrol supplement comparison.

Pros: 600mg per capsule; the lowest cost per 500mg of the two; ships from Sydney; pairs with NMN in one order.

Cons: capsules only; the label serve of 1,200mg is higher than some people want.

Best for: buyers who want trans-resveratrol at a fixed dose without weighing powder. View Trans-Resveratrol 1200mg.

5. Eternal Elixir Pure NR 500mg: Best if You Would Rather Use the Other NAD+ Precursor

Key specs: 500mg nicotinamide riboside per capsule, 90 capsules, one capsule a day, preferably in the morning, $59.99 AUD, $0.67 a day.

DoNotAge Pure NR costs $72 for 60 capsules of 350mg, with a recommended serve of 700mg (two capsules) a day, so $2.40 a day. Ours gives 500mg in one capsule for $0.67 a day.

NR and NMN are the two main NAD+ precursors, and which to use is still an open question. In a randomised, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover trial in healthy middle-aged and older adults, six weeks of NR was well tolerated and raised NAD+ metabolism (Martens et al., Nature Communications, 2018). Neither precursor has shown the sweeping results the category marketing implies. We set the two side by side in our NAD+ precursor comparison.

Pros: 500mg NR per capsule; 90 capsules per bottle; a placebo-controlled human trial behind the ingredient; ships from Sydney.

Cons: fewer recent trials than NMN.

Best for: buyers who have already chosen NR, or who used NR before and don’t want to switch molecules while changing brands. View Pure NR 500mg. Our NR supplements compared covers the rest of the market.

6. Eternal Elixir Ca-AKG 500mg: Best for the Mitochondrial Signalling Leg

Key specs: 500mg calcium alpha-ketoglutarate per capsule, 90 capsules, one capsule a day, $59.99 AUD, $0.67 a day.

DoNotAge’s Ca-AKG costs $79 for 60 capsules of 400mg, with a recommended serve of 800mg (two capsules) a day, so $2.63 a day. Ours gives 500mg in one capsule for $0.67 a day.

Ca-AKG is a metabolic intermediate studied for mitochondrial signalling and markers of biological age. Most of the striking results come from animal work. The best-known human data is a retrospective analysis of 42 people taking an alpha-ketoglutarate formula with vitamins for about 7 months, whose DNA methylation age test results fell by an average of 8 years (Demidenko et al., Aging, 2021). It was a look back at existing test results, with no placebo group, and it used a combination product, so treat it as early. Our Ca-AKG comparison for Australia goes deeper.

Pros: 500mg per capsule; 90 capsules per bottle; ships from Sydney.

Cons: human evidence is early and uncontrolled.

Best for: the mitochondrial signalling leg of a stack. View Ca-AKG 500mg.

7. DoNotAge Pure Fisetin: A Second Compound We Don’t Make

Key specs: 400mg fisetin per capsule, 60 capsules, $153 AUD, recommended serve 800mg (two capsules) a day, so $5.10 a day; 366 capsules cost $772. Ships from DoNotAge’s UK, USA or EU delivery centres.

Fisetin is a flavonoid studied as a senolytic, a compound that clears senescent cells. In mice, fisetin reduced markers of senescence in several tissues and, given late in life, extended lifespan (Yousefzadeh et al., EBioMedicine, 2018). Those are mouse results, and we found no published human trial showing the same. Eternal Elixir does not make fisetin, so if it is on your list, DoNotAge is the place to buy it.

Pros: no Eternal Elixir equivalent; clear dose per capsule.

Cons: the most expensive product here per day; ships from overseas; human evidence is missing.

Best for: buyers specifically after fisetin. View DoNotAge Pure Fisetin.

8. Eternal Elixir Cellular Longevity Stack: Best if You Were Buying Several DoNotAge Products at Once

Key specs: three bottles, NMN 500mg, Spermidine 10mg and Trans-Pterostilbene 500mg, for $139.99 AUD, shipped from Sydney in one order.

People rarely buy one longevity compound. Bought separately at today’s single-bottle prices, those three bottles cost $174.97, so the stack costs less and arrives in one domestic delivery. For comparison, DoNotAge’s NMN and spermidine alone cost $192 for 60-capsule bottles before any pterostilbene.

Pros: one order and one delivery; less than the three bottles bought separately.

Cons: the contents are fixed, so you give up some control over each product.

Best for: buyers replacing a whole DoNotAge order rather than one product. If you want to design the stack yourself first, start with our guide to the best longevity supplements in Australia. View the Cellular Longevity Stack.

How We Evaluated Each DoNotAge Alternative

We started with what DoNotAge sells to Australians and what is actually on a local shelf, then priced each compound from both brands’ own pages. Our criteria, from most to least weight:

  • Same compound and a clear dose. The stated form and amount per capsule.
  • Australian availability and shipping. Whether stock sits in Australia or the order travels from overseas.
  • Cost per day at the label serve. Price divided by the days a bottle lasts, with a per-500mg check where serves differ.
  • Range for stacking. Whether the compounds you would take together can come from one order.
  • Evidence. Whether the compound has human trial data, only animal data, or only observational data.

Two disclosures, because they affect how much weight you should give this list. First, Eternal Elixir publishes this comparison and sells six of the eight options in it. Second, we have not laboratory-tested DoNotAge products or our own for this article, and every price was read from the live product page in September 2026. Prices in this category move, and DoNotAge’s subscriptions (up to 43% off on NMN) ship as one annual delivery, which changes the maths if you commit for a year.

What to Look For When Replacing a DoNotAge Product

Most people shopping for DoNotAge alternatives in Australia are replacing one of three things: an NAD+ precursor, a polyphenol, or a whole stack. Work out which one first, and the rest follows.

Match the compound, not the brand. Apigenin does not substitute for NMN, and spermidine does not substitute for Ca-AKG. Work out which molecule you were buying, then find that molecule.

Compare at the same dose. Labels recommend different amounts: DoNotAge suggests 1,000mg of NMN, 700mg of NR and 800mg of Ca-AKG a day, while our labels say 500mg of each. Compare per 500mg, or at the dose you actually plan to take, not by bottle price.

Check the bottle count. A 90-capsule bottle at $49.99 and a 60-capsule bottle at $63 are $0.56 and $1.05 per capsule. The headline price is the least useful number on the page.

Check where it ships from. A brand selling in Australian dollars is not the same as stock in Australia. DoNotAge’s own site lists delivery centres in the UK, the USA and the EU.

Be sceptical of the evidence framing. Much of the research quoted across this category is animal work described in language that implies human trials. When a page cites a study, check whether it was done in mice, in a population cohort, or in a randomised human trial, because those support very different claims.

Talk to a professional if you take medication. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, or take prescription medicines, talk to your doctor before starting any of these supplements.

The Verdict: Which DoNotAge Alternative Should You Buy?

The pick depends on which compound you came for.

If you were buying DoNotAge NMN: Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg, $59.99 for 90 capsules, $0.67 per 500mg, sent from Sydney within 24 hours.

If you were buying spermidine: Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg at $49.99 for 90 capsules, $0.56 a day.

If you were buying resveratrol, NR or Ca-AKG: our capsules cost less per day at their label serves, at $1.33, $0.67 and $0.67.

If you were buying apigenin or fisetin: stay with DoNotAge. We don’t make an equivalent.

If you were replacing a whole stack: the Cellular Longevity Stack at $139.99 puts NMN, spermidine and pterostilbene in one domestic order.

The brand on the bottle matters less than the compound inside it, the dose per capsule, the cost at the dose you take, and where it ships from.

Questions Australians Ask About DoNotAge and Its Alternatives

What is the best DoNotAge alternative in Australia?

For most buyers, Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg, because NMN is what most people buy from DoNotAge. It costs $0.67 per 500mg against $2.15 for DoNotAge’s 60-capsule bottle, and it ships from Sydney within 24 hours. For apigenin or fisetin, DoNotAge is the better choice because we don’t make either.

Where is DoNotAge based, and does it ship to Australia?

DoNotAge is a UK-based longevity company. It sells in Australian dollars through an Australian store on its site, and orders ship from its delivery centres in the UK, the USA or the EU. Its site quotes 3 to 7 working days for the rest of the world, depending on the address.

Which DoNotAge products can you buy from an Australian stockist?

Very few. In September 2026 the Melbourne practitioner stockist Fairfield Nutrition listed two DoNotAge products, and its brand description covered collagen, a probiotic and blue light glasses. NMN, spermidine, resveratrol, apigenin, fisetin, NR and Ca-AKG come from DoNotAge’s own site.

Which NMN supplement is best in Australia?

Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg at $59.99 for 90 capsules, $0.67 per 500mg, shipped from Sydney. The best choice for you also depends on format, since powders can cost less per 500mg at bulk sizes. We compare the full Australian NMN market, including brands we don’t sell, in our best NMN supplements in Australia guide.

Add NMN 500mg to cart · $59.99

Is Eternal Elixir cheaper than DoNotAge in Australia?

On the five compounds both brands sell, yes at the label serve: $0.56 to $1.33 a day for ours against $1.05 to $4.30 for DoNotAge’s 60-capsule bottles. DoNotAge’s 366-capsule bottles, subscriptions and NMN powder narrow the gap, and its 1 kg NMN powder is cheaper per 500mg than our capsules.

Is DoNotAge a good company?

It is a well-known longevity brand with a wide catalogue, clear doses per capsule and larger bottle options. Our points here are narrow: it ships to Australia from overseas, its local stockist carries almost none of its longevity compounds, and its recommended daily serves are larger than ours, which raises the daily cost. That is a logistics and pricing observation, not a quality judgement.

Can I just import DoNotAge myself?

Many Australians do. The trade-off is delivery time and the wait when you run out. If that doesn’t bother you and you want a specific DoNotAge compound, ordering from its Australian store is a reasonable choice.

What should I take alongside NMN?

Trans-resveratrol is the most common pairing, and spermidine and Ca-AKG are frequent additions. Our AgeMate alternatives comparison covers how popular Australian NMN formulas handle this.

Do these supplements actually extend lifespan?

No human study has shown that any supplement in this category extends human lifespan. The lifespan results people cite come from mice and other model organisms. Human research so far measures intermediate markers such as blood NAD+ levels, so buy on that narrower evidence or not at all.
