What three capsules a day do

Feel like yourself again, with the drive and strength to match

Tongkat ali is the Southeast Asian root with human clinical research behind it on stress, testosterone and strength. Fadogia agrestis is the West African shrub men take with it for healthy hormone balance.

What to expect

Your first three months

Tongkat ali and fadogia build with steady daily use. Here's how the first three months usually go at 3 capsules a day.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Build the routine

Three capsules each morning on an empty stomach. The daily habit is what everything after it builds on.

  2. Weeks 2–3

    Energy and mood lift

Where most men feel it first: steadier energy through the day and a better mood.

  3. Weeks 4–8

    Strength and drive build

Gym performance, libido and recovery keep building with daily use and regular training.

  4. Month 3+

    Your new baseline

Daily use, regular training and good food, working together. Three bottles cover 90 days.

Why two herbs

Two herbs men pair, in one morning serve

Tongkat ali is the root with the human research behind it. Fadogia agrestis is a West African shrub with a long traditional use for male vitality. Men take the two together for healthy testosterone, and every serve gives you both, concentrated from the raw herb.

115g raw root and stem
2,010mg per serve

The tongkat ali is a 200:1 root extract and the fadogia a 10:1 stem extract, with 10mg of BioPerine® black pepper extract to help you absorb them. The rest is rice flour and a cellulose capsule. There's no proprietary blend, so you know exactly how much of each herb you're getting.

The research

The numbers behind the root

Tongkat ali has been tested in human clinical studies on testosterone, stress and strength. Here is the clearest result, then three more, including the fadogia study the pairing started from.

Clinical study · 2012 · 76 men · 1 month

After a month of 200mg a day, 90.8% of the men had testosterone in the normal range, up from 35.5%

The men in this study started with low testosterone and its symptoms. They took a standardised tongkat ali extract every day, and their ageing-male symptom scores improved too.

In 63 moderately stressed adults, 4 weeks of tongkat ali extract lowered cortisol by 16% and raised testosterone by 37%, with less tension, anger and confusion.

info@eternalelixir.com.au

How is this different from your Tongkat Ali 200:1?

Both are 3 capsules a day from a 90-capsule bottle. This formula pairs 500mg of Tongkat Ali 200:1 with 1,500mg of Fadogia Agrestis 10:1 and 10mg of BioPerine®, for $59.99. Tongkat Ali 200:1 gives you 2,000mg of tongkat ali on its own, four times as much, for $39.99. Pick this one for both herbs at the lower daily cost. Pick 200:1 for the most tongkat ali and no fadogia.

It's sold out. When will it be back?

We don't have a restock date yet. If you'd rather start now, Tongkat Ali 200:1 is in stock, with fast Australian dispatch.

When will I notice results?

Most men notice steadier energy and a better mood within two to three weeks. For strength, drive and gym performance, allow four to eight weeks of consistent use at 3 capsules a day. Results are best with daily use, resistance training and good nutrition.

What's in each capsule?

Fadogia agrestis 10:1 stem extract, tongkat ali 200:1 root extract and BioPerine® black pepper extract, with rice flour, in a cellulose capsule. Three capsules give you 1,500mg of fadogia, 500mg of tongkat ali and 10mg of BioPerine®, and there are 90 capsules in each bottle.

How do I take it?

Take 3 capsules a day on an empty stomach, or as directed by your physician. A morning dose suits most people.

How long does a bottle last?

At 3 capsules a day, as the label directs, a bottle of 90 capsules lasts 30 days. Two bottles last two months, three last three and five last five. Take more than 3 a day and it runs out sooner.

Can I take it every day? Do I need to cycle it?

It's made for daily use at the label dose of 3 capsules. Some people prefer 5 days on and 2 days off, but cycling isn't required. If you have a medical condition or take prescription medication, check with your doctor first.

Can I take it with shilajit, ginseng or other supplements?

Yes. It's often taken alongside shilajit and Korean ginseng, which you'll find under "Often taken with" above. If you take other medicines or supplements, check with your healthcare professional first.

Can women take it?

It's formulated for men's hormonal health. Women should speak with their healthcare provider before using it, and it's not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

How fast is shipping?

We dispatch fast from within Australia, to every state and territory. Metro delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days and regional delivery 5 to 7. Shipping is free over $100. Below that, standard shipping is $10.

What if it's not for me?
