It links a Certificate of Analysis and says the capsules are made in Europe in a GMP facility. Its directions suggest taking NMN in the morning or early afternoon, on an empty stomach or with a light meal.

What the NMN research actually shows

Naturecan and Eternal Elixir sell the same 500 mg NMN serve, so the research applies equally to both. Here is where it stands.

In a 2023 multicentre trial, 80 healthy middle-aged adults took a placebo or 300, 600 or 900 mg of NMN once a day for 60 days. Blood NAD rose in every NMN group, with the highest levels at 600 and 900 mg, and six-minute walking distance improved more than with placebo. No safety problems appeared, and a measure of insulin resistance did not change (Yi et al., GeroScience). Three of the authors were employees of the chemical companies Abinopharm and Aba Chemicals.

In Japan, 42 healthy men aged 65 or older took 250 mg of NMN a day or a placebo for 12 weeks. NMN raised blood NAD+ and was well tolerated. Gait speed and left-hand grip showed improvements that the authors called nominally significant and in need of confirmation (Igarashi et al., npj Aging).

A 2026 meta-analysis of 15 randomised trials, with doses from 250 to 2,000 mg a day for 14 days to 24 weeks, found no rise in adverse events and no significant change in liver enzymes. It also found no significant effect on body weight, fasting glucose, blood lipids or systolic blood pressure (Yang et al., Nutrients). NMN reliably raises NAD in people and is well tolerated in the short term. Broader health effects have not been shown yet, and no brand can honestly promise them.

Is Naturecan legit? Reviews and quality signals

Yes, Naturecan is a real company with a traceable history. Its About page names its founders and founding date, its product pages link Certificates of Analysis, and its delivery page states plainly that Australian orders ship from the UK. Those are the basics a legitimate brand should publish, and Naturecan publishes them.
