Quick answer: Of the longevity supplements sold in Australia, the best stack starts with one product and adds others only when you have a reason. Our pick for the base is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 500mg of NMN in one capsule a day, 90 capsules for $59.99, or $0.67 a day. NMN reliably raises NAD+ in the blood in human trials. From there, the five tiers below add trans-resveratrol, spermidine, Ca-AKG and TUDCA, up to about $3.90 a day for all five. If you’d rather buy a ready-made set, our Cellular Longevity Stack puts NMN, spermidine and trans-pterostilbene in one order for $139.99, or about $1.56 a day. Be clear on one thing first: no supplement has been shown to extend human lifespan.
Eternal Elixir makes five of the eight ranked products, including our top pick, and the Cellular Longevity Stack, so weigh our view with that in mind. Every competitor price and dose below was read from that product’s own page in September 2026, and every study figure comes from the published paper, listed in the sources. We have not lab-tested any of these products.

What a longevity stack can and can’t do
Longevity supplements target processes that change with age. NAD+, a coenzyme used in energy metabolism, falls. Cells also recycle their own worn-out parts less efficiently. The human trials measure things like blood NAD+ levels, memory tests and walking speed over weeks or months. None has run long enough to show that a supplement makes people live longer, and many of the striking results you’ll read about come from mice and worms. Those don’t carry over to humans automatically.
So a sensible stack does three things. It starts with the ingredient that has the clearest human data, it adds others one at a time, and it keeps the daily cost at a level you can afford for years. Our broader longevity supplements guide compares nine options on daily cost, and our guide to building a complete longevity stack covers how the pieces fit.

How we ranked them: first, the strength of the human evidence for the main ingredient at a dose close to the label’s. Then cost per day and how well each fits a stack you build over time. Our NMN is at #1 because it is ours and because NMN’s effect on blood NAD+ is the most consistent result in this field. The all-in-one drinks are convenient but cost several times more per day, and TUDCA sits last because it has the least ageing research behind it.
The 8 longevity supplements, ranked
#1. Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: best base for any longevity stack
Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg gives 500mg of NMN in one capsule, with rice flour and a cellulose capsule as the only other ingredients. The label says one capsule a day, preferably in the morning. A bottle of 90 lasts three months for $59.99.
The research. In a 60-day trial, 80 healthy middle-aged adults took placebo or 300mg, 600mg or 900mg of NMN a day. Blood NAD rose in every NMN group, most at 600mg and 900mg, and six-minute walking distance improved more than on placebo, with the authors judging 600mg the best dose (Yi et al., 2023). A 2026 pooled analysis of 15 randomised trials found NMN at 250mg to 2,000mg a day for up to 24 weeks did not increase side effects or liver enzymes, and found no clear effect on weight, fasting glucose or blood fats (Yang et al., 2026).
How our serve compares. Our label gives 500mg a day, below the 600mg that did best in the Yi trial. Suits: anyone starting a stack who wants the ingredient with the most consistent human data, at $0.67 a day. Doesn’t suit: anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Our NMN supplements comparison and NAD+ supplements guide go further.
#2. Eternal Elixir Trans-Resveratrol 1200mg: best partner for NMN
Our Trans-Resveratrol 1200mg gives 600mg per capsule and 1,200mg per serve of two capsules, taken with or without food. A bottle of 90 capsules holds 45 serves for $59.99, or $1.33 a day.
The research. In a 26-week trial, 46 healthy older adults with a higher body weight took 200mg of resveratrol a day or a placebo. The resveratrol group remembered more words after 30 minutes and showed changes in brain connectivity on scans (Witte et al., 2014). How you take it matters: in a study of 8 healthy adults on 2,000mg twice a day, a high-fat breakfast cut resveratrol absorption by about 45% compared with a standard breakfast, and 6 of the 8 had diarrhoea at that very high dose (la Porte et al., 2010). So take it with a normal meal or without food, not with a high-fat meal.
How our serve compares. Our 1,200mg serve is six times the 200mg used in the memory trial and well under the 4,000mg a day in the absorption study. The idea that resveratrol works through sirtuin enzymes to slow ageing comes from lab and animal studies, not human trials. Suits: people already taking NMN who want to add the most-researched partner compound. Doesn’t suit: anyone on warfarin or other blood thinners without their doctor’s advice, since resveratrol may interact with them, or anyone pregnant or breastfeeding. Our resveratrol supplements comparison has the details.
#3. Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg: best for adding spermidine
Eternal Elixir Spermidine 10mg gives 10mg of spermidine in one capsule a day, taken with a meal. A bottle of 90 costs $49.99, or $0.56 a day.
The research. Spermidine is a compound found in foods such as wheat germ, and it switches on the recycling of worn-out cell parts in animal studies. The human data are thinner. In a 12-month trial, 100 adults aged 60 to 90 who felt their memory was slipping took 0.9mg of spermidine a day or a placebo, and memory scores did not differ between the groups (Schwarz et al., 2022). The authors suggested testing higher doses. In a 20-year study of 829 people, those who ate the most spermidine had lower death rates, but that is an association in people’s diets, and it can’t show that spermidine caused the difference (Kiechl et al., 2018).
How our serve compares. Our 10mg capsule is about 11 times the 0.9mg used in that trial. No trial we found has tested 10mg a day for ageing outcomes. Suits: people with NMN and resveratrol already in place who want to add a third pathway. Doesn’t suit: anyone who wants proven results before paying. Our spermidine supplements comparison goes further.
#4. Melrose FutureLab NMN 500mg: best NMN to pick up at a pharmacy
Melrose FutureLab NMN 500mg gives 500mg of NMN plus 250mg of dimethylglycine (DMG) per capsule, 30 capsules for $52.47 at Chemist Warehouse (RRP $74.95), or $1.75 a day. The listing caps NMN at 500mg a day, limits use to 12 weeks or less, and says not to use it in pregnancy or while breastfeeding. Suits: people who want NMN from a pharmacy shelf today. Doesn’t suit: anyone planning a long-term stack, since the pack lasts a month and costs more than twice as much per day as ours.
#5. AgeMate Daily Longevity Blend: best all-in-one scoop
AgeMate Daily Longevity Blend is a drink powder. Each 3.325 g scoop gives 500mg of NMN plus 1.1 g of glycine, 300mg of magnesium citrate (about 46mg of elemental magnesium), 300mg of MSM, 250mg of vitamin C, 200mg of L-theanine and several vitamins. It costs $79 a month on subscription for 30 serves ($2.63 a serve) or $99 bought once, and the label says to use it daily for up to 12 weeks. AgeMate ships from Sydney and sells only through its own website. Suits: people who want one drink rather than capsules. Doesn’t suit: anyone who mainly wants the NMN, which costs $0.67 a day on its own in our capsules. Our AgeMate alternatives comparison covers it in detail.
#6. Eternal Elixir Ca-AKG 500mg: best for adding AKG
Our Ca-AKG 500mg gives 500mg of calcium AKG in one capsule a day. A bottle of 90 costs $59.99, or $0.67 a day. AKG, short for alpha-ketoglutarate, is a compound your cells use in the energy-producing cycle inside mitochondria.
The research. The human evidence is early. In one study, researchers looked back at 42 people who had taken a commercial alpha-ketoglutarate formula with added vitamins for about 7 months, and their DNA methylation age, a lab estimate of biological age, averaged 8 years lower than at the start. There was no placebo group, the product contained more than AKG, and one author advised the company that sells it (Demidenko et al., 2021). The authors themselves called for placebo-controlled trials. Results in mice don’t carry over to people automatically. Suits: experienced stackers who accept early evidence. Doesn’t suit: anyone who wants a proven ingredient.
#7. Tmrw Daily: best premium all-in-one drink
Tmrw Daily is a drink powder sold on subscription at $129 a month, with a 30-day pouch shipped every 4 weeks. Each scoop lists 500mg of NMN, 1,000mg of Ca-AKG, 1,200mg of taurine, 300mg of glutathione, 150mg of CoQ10, 50mg of pterostilbene, 5mg of spermidine, vitamin D3, vitamin K2 and a probiotic blend. That is about $4.30 a day, and because it ships every 4 weeks, a year on the default schedule is 13 pouches. Suits: people who want many ingredients in one drink and don’t mind the price. Doesn’t suit: anyone on a budget. Our Tmrw alternatives guide compares cheaper options.
#8. Eternal Elixir TUDCA 500mg: best bile acid add-on
Eternal Elixir TUDCA 500mg gives 500mg of tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA), a bile acid, in one vegetarian capsule a day with a meal. A bottle of 90 costs $59.99, or $0.67 a day.
The research. TUDCA has the least ageing research on this list. When we searched PubMed, we found no trial of TUDCA for healthy ageing. In a small study of 12 healthy young adults, a single 1,500mg dose raised blood bile acid levels but made no difference to how their blood vessels responded after a lab test that briefly cut blood flow to the arm (Hemingway et al., 2020). Our 500mg capsule is a third of that dose. Suits: people who already take TUDCA for its role as a bile acid and want it in the same routine. Doesn’t suit: anyone expecting it to change how they age, or anyone with a gallbladder or liver condition, who should talk to their doctor first.
The 5 stack tiers: what to take, and what it costs
Each tier adds one product to the one before. Costs use our label serves and prices, as of Sep 2026.
| Tier | What you take each day | Cost per day | Why add it |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Base | Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg (1 capsule) | $0.67 | The clearest human data: higher blood NAD+ |
| 2. Pair | Tier 1 plus Trans-Resveratrol 1200mg (2 capsules) | $2.00 | The most common partner for NMN, with a memory trial behind it |
| 3. Recycle | Tier 2 plus Spermidine 10mg (1 capsule) | $2.56 | Adds a compound linked to cell recycling in animal studies |
| 4. Energy cycle | Tier 3 plus Ca-AKG 500mg (1 capsule) | $3.23 | Adds AKG, with early human data |
| 5. Full | Tier 4 plus TUDCA 500mg (1 capsule) | $3.90 | Adds a bile acid, with the least ageing evidence |
Most people will get the best value from tiers 1 to 3. Buying two or more bottles of the same product saves 10% to 20%, and orders over $100 ship free. If you’d rather order one box, our Cellular Longevity Stack gives you NMN 500mg, Spermidine 10mg and Trans-Pterostilbene 500mg, a close relative of resveratrol, in three 90-capsule bottles for $139.99. That is about $1.56 a day, less than buying the three separately. Because it already contains NMN, use it in place of a separate NMN bottle rather than alongside one.
NMN or NR as your base?
NR (nicotinamide riboside) is the other common NAD+ precursor, one step further from NAD+ than NMN. It has its own human trials. In an 8-week trial of 140 adults, 100mg, 300mg and 1,000mg of NR a day raised whole-blood NAD+ by 22%, 51% and 142%, with the rise showing within 2 weeks (Conze et al., 2019). We found no trial comparing NMN and NR head to head for ageing outcomes, so either makes a reasonable tier 1.
Our Pure NR 500mg gives 500mg of NR in one capsule a day, 90 capsules for $59.99, the same $0.67 a day as our NMN. Choose NR if you’ve read more of its research or simply prefer it, and don’t take both at once unless your doctor agrees. Our NR dosage guide goes through every trial dose.
How to choose longevity supplements in Australia
- Check the milligrams per capsule. A 250mg and a 500mg NMN capsule can sit side by side at similar prices. Work out the cost of the dose you actually want, not the bottle.
- Count the capsules. A 30-capsule pack at one a day lasts a month. Our 90-capsule bottles last three months at the label serve, which is where most of the cost difference in the table above comes from.
- Read the label limits. The pharmacy NMN products we checked say to use them for no more than 12 weeks, and AgeMate’s label says the same. Follow the directions on whatever you buy.
- Ask for batch testing. NMN, spermidine and AKG are expensive raw materials. Ask any brand for the certificate of analysis for your batch. Our product pages say every batch is third-party tested, and we send the current certificate on request.
- Be wary of big claims. A label or page that promises to turn back the clock or add years to your life is claiming something no human trial has shown.
- Think about the long run. A stack only helps if you keep taking it. Pick a daily cost you could carry for years, not weeks.
Dosing, timing and safety
- Morning: NMN, one capsule, as our label suggests.
- With a meal or without food: Trans-Resveratrol, two capsules. Skip the high-fat breakfast, which cut absorption in the la Porte study.
- With a meal: Spermidine and TUDCA, one capsule each.
- Any time: Ca-AKG, one capsule a day.
- Add one product at a time, a few weeks apart, so you can tell how each one suits you.
None of these products is for pregnancy, breastfeeding or anyone under 18. If you take prescription medicines, especially blood thinners, talk to your doctor or pharmacist before starting, and follow each product’s label. The pharmacy NMN products we checked limit use to 12 weeks on their labels, and AgeMate’s label says the same. Our NMN and TMG stacks comparison covers another common pairing.
Longevity supplements: frequently asked questions
What is the best supplement for longevity?
Our pick is Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg: 500mg per capsule, 90 capsules for $59.99, or $0.67 a day, shipped from Sydney. NMN has the most consistent human result in this field, higher blood NAD+, and a good safety record in trials of up to 24 weeks. No supplement, NMN included, has been shown to extend human lifespan.
Add NMN 500mg to cart · $59.99
What are the best longevity supplements available in Australia?
The five in our stack tiers are NMN, trans-resveratrol, spermidine, Ca-AKG and TUDCA, in that order of evidence. If you want everything in one drink, AgeMate ($2.63 a serve on subscription) and Tmrw ($4.30 a day) are two all-in-one options sold in Australia, at a higher daily cost.
Is there a single best supplement for anti-ageing?
There isn’t one that has been proven to slow ageing in people. NMN is our first choice because it reliably raises NAD+ in human trials. Our anti-ageing supplements comparison looks at the wider field.
Which tablet is best for longevity?
If you want one capsule a day, NMN 500mg is where we would start, at $0.67 a day. Add trans-resveratrol or spermidine later if you want to build on it.
How much does a longevity stack cost per month in Australia?
Using our products at their label serves, tier 1 (NMN alone) costs about $20 a month and all five tiers about $117 a month. The all-in-one drinks cost $79 to $129 a month. Buying two or more bottles of our products saves 10% to 20%.
Can I take NMN, resveratrol, spermidine and TUDCA together?
People do take them together, but no trial has tested this combination. Add them one at a time, follow each label, and check with your doctor first if you take any prescription medicines, particularly blood thinners.
How long before a longevity stack shows results?
Blood markers move first. In the Yi trial, blood NAD was already higher at day 30 on NMN, and NR raised NAD+ within 2 weeks in the Conze trial. Changes you might notice, such as walking tests in the Yi trial, were measured at 30 and 60 days. Give any stack at least three months before you judge it.
Do I need to cycle longevity supplements?
No trial has tested cycling these products on and off. The trials above gave them every day for weeks to a year. Some labels set their own limits, such as the 12-week line on the pharmacy NMN products we checked, so follow the label of the product you buy.
Do longevity supplements extend lifespan?
Not as far as anyone has shown in humans. The trials measure shorter-term markers such as blood NAD+, memory tests or walking speed. Lifespan results come from animals, and they don’t carry over to people automatically.
The verdict
Our pick: Eternal Elixir NMN 500mg as the base of your stack, at $0.67 a day. Add Trans-Resveratrol 1200mg for tier 2 and Spermidine 10mg for tier 3, or take the Cellular Longevity Stack at about $1.56 a day for NMN, spermidine and pterostilbene in one order.
From a pharmacy today: Melrose FutureLab NMN 500mg at $1.75 a day. In one drink: AgeMate at $2.63 a serve, or Tmrw at $4.30 a day.
Whatever you choose, start small, add one product at a time, and judge it over months rather than weeks.
