Pterostilbene has been tested in a placebo-controlled human trial on blood pressure, a human safety analysis and lab studies on absorption and the ageing brain. Here is the clearest result, then three more.

After 6–8 weeks at 250mg a day, systolic blood pressure was 7.8 mmHg lower than on placebo
