Why reduced glutathione instead of oxidised?

Reduced glutathione (GSH) is the active form your cells use straight away. Oxidised glutathione (GSSG) is the form left after it neutralises free radicals, and your body has to convert it back to GSH before it works again. This product contains reduced L-glutathione only.

How do I take it?

Take 2 capsules once a day on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning or between meals. Stomach acid and digestive enzymes break some glutathione down, so taking it away from food lets more of it reach your bloodstream intact.

When will I notice a difference?

Skin changes typically show after 4 to 8 weeks of daily use. In the 6-month trial, blood glutathione was higher at the first check after one month and continued rising to month six. Levels fell back to baseline within a month of stopping, so take it every day.

How long does one bottle last?

At 2 capsules a day, as the label directs, a bottle lasts 45 days. Two bottles last 90 days, three about four and a half months and five about seven and a half. Take more than 2 a day and it runs out sooner.

Who shouldn't take it?
