How do I take it?

Take 2 capsules a day with water on an empty stomach, or as directed by your physician. That's 1,000mg of shilajit extract.

How long does a bottle last?

At 2 capsules a day, as the label directs, a bottle of 90 capsules lasts 45 days. Two bottles last 90 days, three last 135 and five last 225. Take more than two a day and it runs out sooner.
