Refill Plan terms
1. What the plan is
The Refill Plan is an ongoing subscription. After your first order we ship refills automatically, as often as you choose (every 1, 2 or 3 months, where a month is 30 days), and charge the card or Apple Pay you saved at checkout for each one, until you cancel. Each refill holds the products and quantities on your plan: they start as your first order, and you can change them at any time. Extra parcels you ask for (Running low, Add and ship now) are charged when you ask, at your plan price, with free shipping. Refills worth $200 or more come with a free gift of your choice, and a second one at $300. A refill's worth is its regular price after the plan's discount, excluding shipping (the free 3rd refill included). Gifts are chosen from those on offer at the time, while stock lasts; we send your last choice, which you can change in your account. If you haven't chosen a gift, refills ship without one. Extra parcels do not include gifts.
2. Price
Every order on the plan, your first and every refill, is 10% off our best price (after bottle and stack pricing). If you already have a plan, products you add at checkout join it, and that order is priced with your whole plan's stack discount, less the 10%. Refills are charged at that price on the day the refill is prepared. For 12 months from when a product joins your plan, its refills never cost more than the price at that time, and a lower everyday price always applies. If an everyday price goes up after that, we email you at least 30 days before your refills are charged the new price. The plan cannot be combined with other promotional offers: campaign sale prices (such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or end of financial year sales) and discount codes do not apply to refills, and on your first order you get the better of a code or sale price and the 10%, never both. Standard shipping is free on every order.
3. Free refills
Every 3rd refill is free: refills 3, 6, 9 and so on, counting from the order after your first. A refill counts only when it was paid and not refunded; a refill you bring forward (ship now, running low) counts only if it ships at least 60% of your refill gap after the previous one. Skipped refills do not count. The free refill is your regular scheduled refill, up to the size of your last paid refill: products added in the 30 days before it, and bottles above what your last paid refill held, are charged at the normal price. Progress is kept if you change your plan, and if you cancel and restart within 60 days (a refunded refill does not count).
4. When refills ship
Your first refill ships one gap after your first order (for example, about 2 months after it if you chose every 2 months), and each later refill ships one gap after the previous one was charged. Changing how often moves your next refill to one gap after your last refill (or your first order), and never sooner than 2 days away. If you set up a plan from a past order (the "Set up my refills" link after an order), nothing is charged or shipped that day: your first refill ships one gap after that order, and no sooner than 2 days later.
5. Reminders
We email you 7 days before every refill with its date, contents and price, including free refills. Every reminder and receipt has a link to cancel.
6. Changes, skips and cancelling
You can ship now, push, skip, change products, quantities or how often refills come, or cancel online at any time from your account, or by contacting us. Changes made by the day before a refill apply to it. Cancelling takes effect immediately; a refill paid but not yet dispatched is refunded in full.
7. Forgotten refills
If a refill arrives that you did not want, you can keep it and push your next refill, or return it unopened within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
8. Payments
Refills are charged to the card or Apple Pay you saved. If a payment fails we will retry and email you; you can pay for that refill with another card from your account, and that card is then used for your later refills. Afterpay can't be used for the Refill Plan.
9. Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
