How refills work

One Refill Plan for everything you take. You choose how often refills come and how many of each product, shipping is free, and every 3rd refill is free.

What you get

• 10% off every order, your first and every refill, on top of bottle and stack pricing.
• Free standard shipping on every order, whatever its size.
• Every 3rd refill is free. Refills count from the order after your first, so refills 3, 6 and 9 are free. That's your 4th, 7th and 10th delivery. Your regular refill ships free and you pay $0.
• Free gifts on bigger refills. Every refill worth $200 or more comes with a free gift of your choice, and a second one at $300. You choose the gift, we send it with each refill that qualifies, and you can change it in your account.
• A price promise. For 12 months from when a product joins your plan, its refills never cost more than the price at that time, and if our everyday price drops, your refill drops with it.

You choose how often

Refills come every month, every 2 months or every 3 months, and each one has the same products and quantities as your first order. At checkout we pre-select how long your order lasts at the label serve (three 30-day bottles: every 3 months), and you can pick another option there or later in your account.

Taking more than the label serve, or sharing with family? Choose a shorter gap, or add more of a product to each refill. Your first refill ships one gap after your order: order on 7 October with refills every 2 months, and it ships around 6 December.

Before every refill

We email you 7 days before each refill with what's in it, the price and the date, including when it's a free refill at $0. Nothing to do if it looks right. Need it sooner, later or different? Ship it now, push it 2 weeks, skip it, or change it in your account.

Running low between refills? Tap Running low? next to that product in your account and we'll send one now in its own parcel, at your plan price for a single bottle, with free shipping. If your next refill is 2 weeks or less away, the whole refill ships now instead.

You're in control

• Ship now, push 2 weeks, or skip a refill from your account.
• Change how often refills come (every 1, 2 or 3 months) or how many of each product they hold.
• Add, swap or remove products. Changes made up to the day before a refill apply to it.
• Cancel online in two clicks, any time. No calls, no forms.

The small print, in plain words

• Only paid refills count toward the free one. Skipped refills don't count, a refunded refill comes off the count, and a refill you bring forward counts only if it ships at least 60% of your gap after the one before.
• The free refill is your regular scheduled refill, up to the size of your last paid refill. Products added in the 30 days before it, and extra bottles above your last paid refill, are charged at the normal price.
• Setting up refills from a past order (the "Set up my refills" link after you order)? Nothing is charged or shipped that day. Your first refill ships one gap after that order (never sooner than 2 days), 10% off like every refill.
• Can't be combined with other offers. The plan's 10% stacks with our multi-bottle and stack discounts, which is already our best saving, so it can't be combined with other promotional offers or codes. If a sale or code on your first order is worth more than the 10%, you get that instead, never both. Refills don't take discount codes or limited-time sales.
• Forgot to skip? Keep the refill and push your next one, or return it unopened within 14 days for a refund.
